Association Dues
Dues are $68.33 a quarter with a $10 late fee charged at the end of each
month. January, April, July and October are the months the dues are charged.

See here for Payment Options . Please note if you use Payment Option 2, Automatic draft, you need to print and mail this bank draft form . If you use Payment Option 3, e-Check, it expires yearly, so be prepared to set it up again at the end of each year.

Why do I need an Arc form?
Per the covenants Article VIII section 3 "No improvement of any kind or nature shall be erected or placed on any portion of the property until all plans and specifications therefor and a site plan therefor have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Architectural Control Committee."

How long is the Arc Process?
The process is generally completed within a week but it can take up to 30 days.
